Our approach allows for paid time off and holidays to be used throughout the year to support both personal needs and sustained performance.
FLEX
SIXGEN allows time to be flexed across the pay period to encourage work-life balance. So, if you want to work 10 hours one day to work 6 the next, you can. So, go ahead! Volunteer! Get an oil change during the week! Just make up the time within the two week pay period.
healthCARE
SIXGEN offers full-time employees health, dental and vision benefits for employees and their family members. The premiums are 100% paid by SIXGEN. HRA funds up to $3,000 are made available to each employee for approved healthcare expenses. Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts are also available. SIXGEN provides short/long term disability insurance and basic life/AD&D insurance (3x salary to a maximum of $300,000). Health insurance coverage benefits start on the first day of employment.

SIXGEN aids our employees in securing the future with a 4% direct employer contribution to their 401K whether or not the employee participates in the plan. In addition, SIXGEN reflects our "hard work pays off" attitude with an Incentive Stock Option Plan, so your benefit grows with the company.
